Bouquet garni mazzetto di erbe aromatiche
Le erbe aromatiche sono preziose in cucina ma è fastidioso, in alcune preparazioni, trovarsi aghetti di rosmarino o rametti di timo in bocca.
Per evitare questo c’è un segreto, un sistema semplice: scegli le erbe aromatiche per il piatto che stai preparando fanne un mazzetto con le più piccole all’interno e quelle a foglia grande all’esterno.
Per esempio metti all’interno il rosmarino con quei fastidiosi aghetti o il timo con quei rametti che vanno dappertutto e sporcano il colore della preparazione o ancora finocchietto selvatico e circonda questo mazzolino con le erbe aromatiche a foglia grande come la salvia e l’alloro.
A questo punto lega il tutto con dello spago da cucina e fanne un pacchettino.
Se vuoi puoi anche lasciare lo spago lungo e attaccarlo al manico della pentola per tirarlo su con facilità al momento di eliminarlo senza doverlo cercare rimestando.
L’aroma delle erbe aromatiche sarà intatto e tu lavorerai meno e meglio.

inside and outside the big leafy ones.
For example you put in the rosemary or the thyme or the wild fennel and surrounds this bouquet with the leafy green herbs such as sage and bay leaf.
