Here it is! My first cookbook just printed!
Since a long while I wish to share my idea of “Italian Cuisine Gluten Free & Cruelty Free.
For this reason I decided to collect my favourite recipes in this book.
In this book I also explain the reasons why it is wise for everybody not eat gluten and how I suddenly discontinued eating any animal protein.
I do not intend to proselytize but if only a reflection will be stimulated, I have not written in vain.
